Is Freightfall free?

Yes. Play free with no download. Premium is an optional monthly subscription for conglomerate founding eligibility, customization and a Starpass badge. See pricing.

How do I start playing?

Open the game in your browser and sign in. You start with a Courier ship and a damaged private home, and fly your first runs yourself.

What happens while I'm offline?

Ships you leave under orders keep harvesting, hauling or escorting. Construction, research, ship builds, mining rigs, market listings and auctions keep running too. Ships without orders stay where you left them.

Do I have to fly everything myself?

No. Fly any of your ships yourself, or research standing orders and let them work on their own.

Is there PvP? What happens if I lose a ship?

Freightfall is a PvP sandbox. Destroyed ships are lost for good; your operation and its other holdings survive. Wreck cargo can be recovered.
